Community Somerset recruit based on values – you do not need to have experience, as we provide all the training required! However, for this role, you must have a Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social care and experience of working in a care and support setting. You must also have a UK driving licence.

Our Community Somerset Team deliver care and support to people living in their own homes. We help people to stay in their own homes for longer by building their confidence and helping them to remain as independent as possible.
