Registered Home Manager
Permanent role, 39 hours per week
Based in Frome, BA11
Salary: Up to £36,000 DOE per annum plus benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Home Manager to join our 39 bedded residential home in From. Somerset Care is seeking an experienced registered manager that has previous experience of managing a home with services for older people.
Rowden House is a well-furnished and tastefully decorated home. It consists of a large dining area, two lounges and 39 single bedroom which some have en-suite facilities. It enjoys wonderful views of the country side from its location on the outskirts of the market town of Frome.
The role will involve working to company set KPI’S, focusing upon occupancy rates and managing budgets. You will also be responsible for managing the internal team ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to and in line with the highest standards for our resident’s safety and care.
You will need previous experience of working as a Registered Home manager in a similar setting.
Ideally you will hold a Level 5 in Health and Social care or be willing to work towards this once in post.
