As part of your role, your duties will include:

• Encouraging the people, we support to reach their full potential.
• Staff management including conducting supervisions, appraisals, and performance reviews.
• Rota management.
• Completing audits and managing budgets.
• Providing high-quality person-centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual, based on their lifestyle.
• Maintaining an environment that is appropriate to the needs of those we support.

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to:

• Be passionate, possess good communication and organisational skills, and an ability to prioritise workloads.
• Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
• Be able to work flexibly across varying shifts, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in a similar role managing a staff team.
• Be able to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways.
