Full time position

3 x 40 hours per week includes alternate weekends

As a valued member of our Wessex House team, Care Assistants are key to helping us provide the support and care our residents deserve.

• Must have Care home experience 
• Care Assistants do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care which allows our residents to live their lives as they choose.
• You’ll be working from care plans, supporting residents through mealtimes, engaging in activities and providing companionship.
• By joining us as a Care Assistant, you will help support the values of making a difference and doing the right thing, which makes this so much more than a just a job.
• Our Care Assistant pay rate of £11.86 per hour (£12.86 on weekends!) recognises the value of our team members.
