Our Community Somerset Team in Bridgwater deliver care and support to people living in their own homes. We help people to stay in their own homes for longer by building their confidence and helping them to remain as independent as possible.

We recruit based on values – you do not need to have experience, as we provide all the training required! However, it is desirable that you have a UK driving licence.

  • Our Care and Support Workers pay rate of £10.50 per hour (£11.10 on weekends!) recognises the value of our team members.
